1. Lithium ion batteries are lightweight and have a high specific energy, but they have high safety and cost-effectiveness; Equivalent lead-acid batteries are heavy in weight, large in volume, and have low specific energy, but they have good safety and high cost-effectiveness;

Lead acid batteries have a low cost and a mature receiving and receiving mechanism, low internal resistance, and do not require high requirements before operation. They do not require circuit protection and can almost be truly maintenance free. In harsh situations, the foundation is mostly lead-acid batteries rather than lithium-ion batteries, but there are also low specific capacity, large weight and volume, and low charging capacity. In the future, with the growth of lithium-ion batteries, the path of lead-acid batteries will become narrower and narrower.

Nowadays, lithium-ion batteries are commonly used as standard equipment. While errors such as bulging, combustion, and explosion are common, there is still no battery that can surpass lithium-ion batteries in terms of capacity and charging times, especially ternary lithium-ion batteries. Although BYD's iron phosphate lithium-ion batteries are more reliable, the capacity gap can only partially ignore safety issues.
